Paying with Credit Card or Paypal:
We accept credit card payment for online orders. Please provide the "bill to" address exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. During our online real time authorization process we will validate that the "Bill to" information you provided matches the information on file with your credit card issuing company. The processing of your order may be delayed if we cannot verify the "Bill to" information or the information does not match the address information on file. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship the goods or services you have ordered.

Processing an Order:

Your order of in-stock merchandise will be shipped based on the time frame associated with the method of shipment selected at the time of check out. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. If your order cannot be shipped within 10 days of the date of your order, you will be given the option to cancel your order.

Shipping Policy

Wine Accessories Store offers worldwide delivery. If your item shipping charges do not appear or a message has been received saying service unavailable, please contact us via email and we will provide you with the most cost effective freight price.

We use US Postal Service, Australia Post and Federal Express.

Shipments to North America, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands will be shipped from our US distribution office in California and charged in US Dollars (USD).

Delivery and Returns

Every product we offer is covered by a money back guarantee.

Return Policy

Defective or damaged items must be returned to Wine Accessories Store within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for exchange or refund. When returning a defective item please ensure you include your name and order details including date of purchase.


How to return your item:


1. Contact Wine Appeal Products via email - admin1@wineappeal.com Ensure you include your name, order date and fault description.

3. Please post the item to Wine Accessories Store PO Box 277, Aromas, CA  95076.  As soon as the return has been received, an exchange product will be shipped or refund processed.

Payment

Wine Appeal Products accepts payment online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discovery card via our merchant gateway. The name McShane Pty. Ltd trading as Wine Appeal Products will appear on your credit card statement.

Payment Offline via Fax or Mail: If you wish to pay using your credit card but would prefer not to transact online, please call (831) 768 8113, for all other orders worldwide, please email your telephone number and we will contact you to take order over the phone.


Payment Offline via Check: Wine Appeal Products accepts business, bank and personal checks. Please note that all checks require a five-day clearing period prior to shipment of goods.

Orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment. For customised products and wholesale orders a 50% deposit is required upon order placement. Balance due prior to order dispatch.
